About the Show
Main Issuse -The social conventions in the relationships between men and women: Feminism, The male part in the “Me-Too” world. The Y generation and the ways they connect with each other in the hi-tec era, especially with family members.
In our adaptation we decided to switch the genders of the main characters, and transformed the maid into Tomer’s Mother who supports him.
The directing concept is based on the realistic theater Merged with the fantasy world, inspired by the 80’s movies and music, which is, as we found, the basic childhood culture that shaped the Y generation.
The realistic acting combined with Slapsticks and comic-expressions of Cartoons.
The costumes and scenography try to express the life that the characters would like to draw for themselves.
